Artist Support Hub: Green Freelancing

Join this workshop with Julie's Bicycle, specifically developed for Creative Freelancers to gain a clearer idea of how you can bring climate action into your work. Bringing together the key areas that you can focus on to build your impact and supporting you to communicate what really matters to you and how you are taking action to support our environment.

This workshop will break down actions that you can take and help you to clarify what is within your control and influence. Exercises will offer a chance to reflect on what you want to achieve, and there will be an opportunity to ask questions.

The session will be delivered by Danielle Pipe and Tenaya King from Julie's Bicycle. Danielle Pipe is the Sustainability Coordinator (Creative Green Programme): she supports individual organisations and networks through consultancy and partnerships across the arts. She has a background in social housing energy efficiency and festival and event sustainability. Tenaya is the Climate Change and Sustainability Specialist: she works alongside Danielle in the Creative Green Programme, supporting a number of projects relating to sustainability and culture. She previously worked on the sustainability of the Australian music scene, and in decarbonisation and sustainable development consulting. 

This workshop will take place online via Zoom. The workshop will be captioned using Otter.ai. Please let us know about any other access requirements when booking.
