Age UK Sheffield is an independent charity offering expert support and services to people aged 50+ in Sheffield, including dementia day centres across the city. RivelinCo collaborate with Age UK Sheffield to co-run Gathering Ground, a new community activity and wellbeing centre in Hillsborough Park.
Singing In... are a family-run community choir organisation, led by Kate Shipway and Pete Burchill. They bring communities together to sing and make music. Singing In are collaborating with RivelinCo to provide Singing In Hillsborough Park sessions at Gathering Ground.
S6 Food Bank is part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger. They began with 4 local sites, grown to 11 since March 2020. S6 Food Bank are a key referral partner, signposting people to RivelinCo activities, and RivelinCo provide bursaries for people to take part.
The Friends of Hillsborough Park are a voluntary group established in 2004 in order to promote, conserve, help maintain and improve Hillsborough Park. The group also manage the walled garden in the park. RivelinCo have partnered with FoHP on multiple projects, including All Lit Up (2022) and Park Life (2021).
Andy's Man Club is a men's mental health charity, offering free-to-attend talking groups for men and challenging the stigmas around male mental health. From April 2022 they will hold weekly sessions at Gathering Ground, as part of the RivelinCo programme.
