We’re expanding our team! RivelinCo are excited to be recruiting a Neighbourhood Producer to help us co-design and deliver a vibrant year-round programme of creative events and activities, for and with communities in North Sheffield. You’ll have a particular focus on work for/with adults, as well as intergenerational projects.
What do we mean by ‘Producer’? Somebody who can make things happen! We need someone with a broad skillset, who’s confident with both the coordination of events (planning, administration, evaluation), as well as practically delivering and/or facilitating them on the ground. A people person, who can help us build positive local relationships with community partners and individuals, and who cares about making a difference through arts and culture.
For this role we need someone who can work 3 days (24 hours) per week, working set days from our office in Hillsborough, with flexibility to switch hours some weeks to cover evening and/or weekend event delivery.
We are a small team and so we all pitch in to support the organisation to run: sometimes this looks like co-producing a huge celebration or festival together, and other times it looks like taking the bin out or hoovering! We’re looking for someone who’s keen to be part of it all.
