The Great Pause: Lessons Learnt in Lockdown

What did you learn about yourself, your family, your friends and neighbours, or your city during the pandemic?

What hidden skills, talents, and inner strengths did you learn or draw on?

What kept you going?

We are looking for people aged 60+ to join us for a 6-week intergenerational project with RivelinCo and children from Hillsborough Primary School. This is an opportunity for people from different generations to come together, to take part in creative activities and take time for reflection.

When                      Thursdays, 1.30 – 3pm

Dates                      2 February – 9 March 2023 (except 16 Feb)

Where                    Trinity Church, Middlewood Road, S6 4HE

The project will be led by artists Imogen Ashby and Wemmy Ogunyankin, and will culminate in an exhibition of photography and words, which will also be submitted to Sheffield City Archive. The project is supported by Sheffield City Council and Compassionate Sheffield.

Please contact Linda/Emily on 0114 327 1670 to find out more and reserve your place. Alternatively you can email hello@rivelinco.org with your details.
